Bread Making Course - Fully Booked
Of course we cover the workings of our business and you get to use the deck ovens – which is far more fun than a fan oven! There are plenty of opportunities to ask questions, it’s a day talking bread and making the breads which are a part of our range.
We provide absolutely everything, make our own lunch and you get to take the recipes and all the important information back home. So if you fancy learning to make a swirl or how to use the right amount of sourdough culture in any bread plus quite a few other things then our full day bread course will have it all covered. |
We will be having our next bread making course Sunday 15th March 2020 starting 9:30am to around 3:15pm (this could potentially be a touch later)
An updated course for 2020, we shall be looking at different types of dough hydration, gluten development and different breads in terms of quickness to make, from instant loaves to a several days process. We cover the different kneading methods, why you shouldn’t knead traditional bread dough and why you should knead enriched breads. Lots will be covered from why bread makers are as incorrectly making a loaf as a supermarket loaf to what really is real bread. |
Our full day course is £95 and full payment is required to secure a place. To book please fill in the form below and we will send confirmation and payment details.
